AI is everywhere — but can it actually build culture? In this Forbes Coaches Council Expert Panel, 15 leaders explored how AI can support intentional cultures through nudges, feedback loops, and micro-behavior reinforcement. But the deeper question remains: What is the intention behind the tools we build? In this collaborative article, I caution leaders not to confuse automation with alignment - because culture isn’t code. It’s lived.

💡
"We can’t forget that AI is a tool. It can’t build culture—only humans can. Ask yourself, what is the intention of the humans driving it? Is it to measure performance, behaviors, activities or loyalty? Is it to show ownership by leadership? Is it to generate suggestions? If so, for what purpose? For now, AI seems at best an engagement survey, data collection or metrics tool. Be careful!"
