When you apply through our website, we collect your name, email address, organization name, role, organizational size, self-assessment responses, and any information you provide in open text fields. This information is used to evaluate whether our services are a fit for your situation. If you become a client, we collect the minimum information needed to operate your account on ikingai.app and Decision Space: your name and usage data generated through your engagement with our platform surfaces. We also collect standard, anonymized web analytics data through our hosting provider. This data is not linked to your identity.
We use the information we collect to evaluate applications for our services, communicate with applicants about their application status, deliver services to accepted clients, and maintain the security and functionality of our systems. We do not use application data for any purpose other than evaluating fit for our services. We do not use your information for automated decision-making or profiling.
Your data is processed by the following service providers acting as data processors on our behalf. GoHighLevel stores and processes all application and contact data, including your email address. This is where your personal contact information lives. Webflow hosts our website. Application form submissions are transmitted directly to GoHighLevel and are not stored by Webflow. Vercel and Neon host our operational platform (ikingai.app) for accepted clients. These systems hold your name and operational engagement data only. They do not hold your email address or contact information from the application process. We do not share your personal information with any other third parties.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not rent or share your information with third parties for their marketing purposes. We do not use your information for advertising. We do not store your email address or contact information in our operational platform. That data stays with our CRM provider (GoHighLevel).
Regardless of where you are located, you have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, request deletion of your personal information, request correction of inaccurate information, and opt out of sale of your personal information. We do not sell personal information, but this right exists under applicable law. California residents (CCPA/CPRA): You have the right to know the categories and specific pieces of personal information we collect, the purposes for collection, and any third parties with whom we share it. You have the right to request deletion and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell or share personal information as defined under the CCPA. We retain application data for 24 months after submission. Declined applications are retained for 90 days after the decline decision, then deleted. We retain client data for the duration of the engagement and for 36 months after the engagement ends, after which it is deleted upon request. Anonymized website analytics data is retained according to our hosting provider's standard retention policies. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at privacy@executeyourintentions.com.
