We may record registrations, attendance, engagement, (audio, video, screen, text).
  • AI Interactions: Information collected through our AI-powered tools, which may include responses, preferences, or content generated in your use of those tools.
  • Cookies & Analytics Data: Information about your interactions with our websites, collected via cookies and similar technologies. This may include your IP address, browser type, pages visited, and engagement with content.
  • Testimonials or media contributions: if you submit feedback, stories, or consent to appear in media. 
  • Session Recordings: We record certain engagements (audio/video/screen/text) to support delivery, accuracy, and continuity. Recordings may include participant names, roles, and on-screen materials you choose to share.

We do not intentionally collect sensitive data (e.g., health, financial account numbers, government IDs). Please do not submit such information through our forms

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To improve service quality and train staff on internal processes (not for public training datasets).
  • We may also use recordings to extract our own facilitator contributions (such as teaching clips, frameworks, or methods) for internal training, documentation, or development of future products. In these cases, your business content will be excluded or anonymized, and we will not disclose your confidential information.

3. Sharing Your Information

  • Or employees and contractors who require access to fulfill the purposes listed above.
  • Trusted third-party service providers (such as our website hosting platform, email marketing provider, CRM provider, analytics tools, or payment processor) who assist us in operating our website and delivering services.   • We do not sell recordings. We share recordings only with (i) your delivery team, and (ii) contracted processors needed to host or transcribe, under confidentiality and data-protection agreements.

Business and Financial Information: In the course of discovery sessions, advisory work, or program delivery, you may choose to share information about your business’s performance, revenue, budgets, or goals. 

We use this only to provide Services and for aggregated, anonymized analysis. We do not intentionally collect or store sensitive financial identifiers such as bank account details, credit card numbers, or government tax IDs. Please do not submit such identifiers through our forms.

We do not sell your personal information.

Use of Metrics in Case Studies or Storytelling

With your prior consent, we may reference aggregated or anonymized financial or performance metrics (e.g., “a client scaled revenue by X%”) as part of educational materials, case studies, or storytelling. We will never disclose identifiable or confidential financial details without your explicit permission.

This website may include references to individuals (e.g., podcast hosts, collaborators, colleagues, testimonials or peers) and links to third-party content. We include these in good faith and with respect for professional contributions.

If you are mentioned or referenced on this site and would like your name, image, or content removed, please contact us at info@executeyourintentions.com. Upon verified request, we will review and remove or update the reference as appropriate.

5. Data Security & Retention

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to safeguard your information. However, no system is 100% secure. Recordings are retained for the duration of the engagement and as long as reasonably necessary for service delivery, internal training on Company content, compliance, or legitimate business purposes. On verified client request, we delete or anonymize recordings within 30 days, unless retention is required by law or for protection of Company rights.

If you are a resident of jurisdictions with additional rights (e.g., California, EU/EEA), you may have rights to portability, correction, or restriction of processing; contact us to exercise those rights.

Client Recordings
Clients may not record sessions without our written consent. If consent is granted, any client recording is limited to internal use and must comply with applicable laws and confidentiality obligations.

6. International Users

If you access our Services from outside the United States, you consent to the transfer and processing of your information in the U.S., which may have different data protection laws. 

7. Children’s Privacy

Our Services are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

8. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our practices or applicable laws. The updated version will be posted on our website with a new effective date. Continued use of the Services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
